Duties

Carefully pack finished goods using appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and completeness before packing Operate hand tools and mechanical equipment to assist in packaging processes Follow packaging procedures aligned with Environmental Health Standards regulations and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards Assemble packaging components or products as needed, ensuring adherence to specifications Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area to meet safety and hygiene standards Assist with inventory management by labeling, sorting, and documenting packaged items Support manufacturing teams by preparing products for shipment or storage according to schedule

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools used in packaging operations Basic knowledge of packing equipment and food handling Proficiency in assembly tasks related to product packaging or equipment setup Ability to follow instructions and maintain high-quality standards Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced setting Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members across departments
