Full-time Packing Operative for Food-Supplement Manufacturing Company

We have an opportunity for a full-time packing operative to join our growing company.

Previous experience in food manufacturing environment is desirable.

Must be reliable.

The role will require the right individual to be able to but not limited to:

Pack vitamin pouches and bottles into boxes and label accordingly

. Check condition of finished products for damage before packing

. Keep accurate count of numbers of finished product being packed into boxes

. Place packed boxes onto pallets ready for dispatch

. Keep warehouse clean and tidy and keep accurate cleaning records

FULL TRAINING GIVEN FOR RIGHT CANDIDATES.

Organised and self-motivated

Excellent attention to detail

Able to work on own and as part of a team

. Able to meet the physical demands of the job

Excellent time keeping skills

Able to work under pressure

Willingness to learn and adapt to new methods and procedures

Good communication skills

Desirable Skills:

. Previous packing experience

. Experience of working within a food production environment

. Level 2 Food Safety in Manufacturing qualification

Manual Handling skills - must be fit and healthy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Pay: From 12.50 per hour
