Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable, dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Despatch Agents to join our pharmacy team. Packers will be responsible for preparing orders for shipment by ensuring that products are properly packed, labelled, and ready for delivery. This role requires attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidates should be able to handle repetitive tasks efficiently and maintain a high level of quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

Carefully pack products into boxes following specific guidelines and customer requirements. Verify that items in each order match the packing list. Inspect products for defects or damages before packing. Label packages clearly with appropriate shipping information. Seal and secure packages for transport to prevent damage during shipping. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised packing area. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely deliveries. Adhere to company health and safety guidelines. Perform other office duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a dispatch role is a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Basic understanding of shipping and packing procedures. Willingness to work flexible hours, including possible overtime.
