Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Packer / customer service agent to join our warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products are accurately packed and prepared for shipment. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to perform heavy lifting, and a commitment to maintaining quality control throughout the packing process.

Duties

Efficiently pack products according to specifications and quality standards. Handle materials with care, ensuring proper storage and organisation within the warehouse. Utilise a warehouse management system to track inventory levels and manage stock movements. Participate in shipping and receiving operations, ensuring all items are accounted for and in good condition. Conduct regular quality control checks to maintain high standards of product integrity. Assist with picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently. Perform heavy lifting as required, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Maintain a clean and organised work environment to promote safety and efficiency.

Experience

Previous warehouse experience is preferred, particularly in packing or shipping roles. Experience using warehouse management systems will be advantageous. Computer literate, experience with word / excel desirable. Previous experience dealing with customer Queries by email is desirable.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
