We have inductions this week for the following roles -
Packing Operatives xc2xa312.27 per hour (Monday-Friday 06.00 - 15.00)
Packing Operatives - Back Shift xc2xa312.58 per hour (Monday-Friday 15.00 - 23.00)
Production Operatives - Late Shift xc2xa312.80 per hour (Monday-Friday 06.00 - 15.00 /15.00 - 23.00 rotation)

Packing Operatives Responsibilities:

• Efficient Production Lines: Contribute to the smooth operation of production lines.
• Precise Packaging: Pack and label boxes accurately, ensuring attention to detail.
• Pallet Stacking: Stack pallets to streamline storage and transportation.
• Traceability: Maintain records of packed items for traceability purposes.
• Target Goals: Meet hourly packing targets with diligence.
• Hygiene Standards: Adhere to strict hygiene regulations to maintain standards.

Production Operatives Responsibilities:

• Weighing Raw Ingredients: Precisely measure raw ingredients to ensure accuracy.
• Working on a production line: Weighing and feeding raw materials onto the line, labelling products and stacking on to trolleys ready to be frozen for packing.
• Packing and Labelling: Skillfully pack and label boxes with attention to quality standards.
• Traceability: Meticulously record packed items to maintain traceability.
• Hourly Targets: Dedication to achieving and surpassing hourly production targets.
• Hygiene Standards: Adherence to strict hygiene regulations for the highest standards.
