Are you passionate about helping people improve their Padel game and reach their full potential on court?

The Padel Team are new players in the UK but are no beginners to the game. They have recently taken over We Are Padel in Bristol and are on the lookout for driven, high-energy individuals to become part of their journey.

This is more than a job--it's a hybrid role built for growth:

20 hours as a Padel Coach

and

20 hours as a Club Member

--with potential to expand as the club grows.

As a

Coach

, you'll collaborate with our dynamic Club Management to design and deliver a top-tier Padel programme--boosting participation, retention, and the love of the game.

As a

Club Member

, you'll rotate through every aspect of club life--

coaching, sales, events, and even management.

Climb the ranks in any of these areas and we'll reward you with pro-level training and a raise that reflects your impact.

Who we're looking for:

Proven experience as a padel coach (LTA qualification is a bonus, not a must) Energetic, people-focused team players Flexible and eager to grow in a start up-style sports environment Ready to help build something exciting from the ground up
Club Member rate: 12.50/hr. Coaching rate: up to 22.50/hr. Flexible shifts available within club hours. Location: Bristol BS5 0HU

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.50-22.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
