The Padel Court Manager plays an essential role in ensuring the efficient operation of the site. This position requires a blend of strong organisational skills, customer service orientation, and analytical abilities to manage activities effectively. The Court Manager will oversee staff, coordinate bookings and foster a professional environment for both players and employees.
Duties
Supervise the daily site operation
Manage Padel Court Team Members, providing guidance and support to enhance performance and professional development.
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism.
Implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency of the site
Conduct regular analysis of site activities to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with legal requirements and organisational standards.
Foster a positive customer service experience for all Padel Court Players, ensuring that their needs are met effectively.
Requirements
Prior experience is advantageous
Strong customer service skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders.
