About the Role
We are looking for a kind, reliable and proactive
Homecare Carer
to join the small care team supporting an individual living with complex long-term health conditions.You will play a vital role in providing day-to-day assistance, supporting with all activities of daily living, monitoring her health, and ensuring a safe and positive home environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support with
personal care
, mobility, and daily living activities. Monitor health and wellbeing, including managing steroid adjustments under guidance. Providecompanionship
and emotional support. Support withlight household tasks
to maintain a comfortable living space. Work collaboratively with AH's family and care team. Maintain accurate and confidential care records.About You
Previous experience in
care or health support
(homecare, PA, or clinical setting preferred). Compassionate, patient, and reliable. Good communication skills and ability to follow care plans. Understanding of or willingness to learn aboutadrenal insufficiency
,chronic fatigue
, andsteroid management
. Flexible and able to work bothdaytime
andoccasional sleeping night shifts
. Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential). Must be eligible to work in the UK and willing to undergo aDBS check
.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 14.00-18.00 per hour
