Paediatric Hospital @ Home Nurse/community Children's Nurse
Job Description
As a hospital @ home you will be responsible for delivering acute nursing care to patients within the home setting. You will be responsible for accepting referrals, reviewing patients, liaising with the local inpatient units, delivering treatment, completing all tasks associated to the role. You will also be expected to be a car driver and travel to the following borough such as, Islington, Camden and South Barnet. We have allocated NHS trust cars which will you have access to however you may need you drive your own car when required.
We will support with mileage claims whilst you work with the trust.
