We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse specialising in paediatrics to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to paediatric patients in accordance with medical protocols and best practices Monitor vital signs and observe patient conditions, promptly reporting any concerns to the medical team Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring correct dosages and procedures Assist with diagnostic tests, procedures, and minor medical interventions tailored to children's needs Educate parents and guardians on post-treatment care, health maintenance, and disease prevention strategies Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans Ensure a safe, clean, and child-friendly environment within the paediatric ward or clinic setting

Qualifications

Valid registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) or equivalent regulatory body Proven experience in paediatric nursing or a related field is highly desirable Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology pertinent to children's health issues Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach towards young patients and their families Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond swiftly to emergency situations Good organisational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and medication administration Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to healthcare standards

Pay: 22.80-28.50 per hour
