Job Title: Paediatric Nurse - Neuro-Rehabilitation & Complex Care

About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and compassionate Paediatric Nurse to join a leading healthcare group in London, specialising in both neuro-rehabilitation and complex care for children and young people.

You'll work in a specialist unit caring for patients with a wide range of needs including acquired brain injury, spinal injury, tracheostomy care, and long-term ventilation. This is a rewarding role where your clinical skills and empathy will help children reach their full potential in recovery and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality nursing care to children with complex neuro-rehabilitation and healthcare needs Support the implementation of tailored care plans within a multidisciplinary team Manage complex clinical interventions including PEG feeds, tracheostomy care, and ventilator support Monitor and evaluate patient progress and escalate concerns appropriately Provide holistic family support and maintain clear, sensitive communication Contribute to safeguarding, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives

Key Skills required:

NMC Paediatric Registered Nurse / RCN

Previous experience in paediatric complex care and neuro-rehabilitation

Must be confident managing children with complex medical needs, including long-term ventilation

Strong teamwork, communication, and clinical decision-making skills

A calm, compassionate approach to care in high-pressure situations

Desirable:
