Main duties of the job
The Paediatric Nurse will be responsible for providing complex care to clients in their own homes, including tasks such as tracheostomy, tracheal suctioning, ventilation, PEG feeding, medication administration, and seizure management. The role offers free training, a paid referral bonus, flexible working patterns, and further training opportunities.

As part of your induction, you will shadow another member of your team. This helps you understand your new role and get to know people in your team. Your colleagues and management team will work with you during your induction to help you put your training into practice and answer any questions you may have. You'll start building your own support network from day one - this will include your management team, colleagues and departments. You will be spending your time with our client within their own home where you will be supporting with their daily routine. Your day to day activities may include & experience we are looking for:
