This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join a highly regarded child-focused therapy service in Central London (WC1E). Key Responsibilities
Manage a varied paediatric caseload of approximately 17-20 children, delivering high-quality therapy interventions
Undertake detailed functional and sensory assessments, setting clear therapy goals and treatment plans
Provide sensory integration-informed interventions tailored to individual needs
Deliver structured therapy programmes across clinic, home, and school environments where clinically appropriate
Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and external professionals regarding progress and recommendations
Offer online therapy sessions for children unable to attend in person
Collaborate closely with Speech and Language Therapists, Psychologists, Educators, and support staff
Maintain accurate clinical documentation, reports, and treatment records in line with professional standards
Support junior colleagues through supervision and teamwork as part of the wider OT provision
Requirements
BSc or recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy
Have the right to work within the UK (no sponsorship required)
HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist
Minimum of 3 years' OT experience, ideally within paediatrics
Sensory integration certificate or strong sensory integration experience
Ability to manage a caseload independently while working collaboratively within a wider team
Strong organisational skills, clinical reasoning, and commitment to evidence-based practice
