: Focused care for children with urgent needs.

Additionally, you'll join a wider team of over 25 paediatric specialist nurses, community children's nurses, and safeguarding specialists--opening doors to broaden your expertise across various paediatric disciplines.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will;
provide evidenced based, high quality assessment and care to children and their families attending the Emergency Department
supervise, support and educate other team members, including nursing and medical students
develop and maintain advanced Emergency Nursing skills
advise on health promotion and prevention of illness/injury
advocate for children and families
ensure safe and effective clinical practice and enhance patient experience.
ensure the promotion and implementation of trust policies and the effective delivery of organisational objectives
