We are looking for a
Paid Ads Marketing Executive
with strong experience in
Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on campaign management, data-driven optimisation, and working across multiple client accounts.
You'll be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimising paid advertising campaigns to drive leads, sales, and measurable ROI for our clients.
Duties
Develop, execute, and optimise PPC campaigns using Google Ads, Facebook Advertising to maximise return on investment.
Analyse website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to inform strategic decisions.
Set up, manage and optimise
Google Ads campaigns
(Search, Display, Performance Max, and Remarketing)
Create and manage
Meta Ads campaigns
across Facebook and Instagram
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting and competitor analysis
Write and test ad copy and collaborate with the team on creative direction
Track conversions, implement and manage pixels and tags (GA4, Google Tag Manager)
Produce clear performance reports with insights and recommendations
Work closely with Marketing Managers to align campaigns with client goals
Ensure campaigns follow best practice and platform policy guidelines
Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, including new tools, techniques, and industry regulations.
Experience
Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, including PPC campaign management and optimisation strategies.
Strong knowledge of social media management tools and advertising platforms such as Facebook Advertising and Google Ads.
Experience in media buying across digital channels with a focus on achieving measurable results.
Proficiency in analysing data through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Familiarity with SEO principles, keyword research, and optimisation techniques to enhance organic traffic across Wordpress, Wix and Shopify websites.
Previous experience working within a marketing team or agency environment is desirable but not essential.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. This position offers an engaging environment where creativity meets strategic thinking, providing ample opportunities for professional growth within the field of digital marketing.
