The individual should possess exceptional organisational skills and have a strong willingness to learn. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimising Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. They should be experts in Google Search, Display, Shopping, and other ad formats, with a proven track record of driving successful advertising strategies.

We've made huge waves in the Pharmacy and Healthcare industry, and we're a team of highly innovative individuals working all over the world to help improve access to healthcare through pharmacies. Who would have guessed pharmacy could be so cool, right?

For this role, you will create and manage ads primarily (but not limited to) across Meta and Google Ads, track their effectiveness and provide advice and reporting to clients on how to further improve their advertising.

Responsibilities will include:



Creating and managing Google and Facebook Ads campaigns; Working in accordance with both Google and Facebook's ads policies; Identifying and researching target audiences; Researching keywords to identify trends and demands, at an affordable cost per click; Measuring conversions through Google Ads, Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Facebook Ads Manager; Researching and writing compelling and engaging ad content that converts prospects; Monitoring and optimising campaigns through the utilisation of bidding/ budgeting management, audience/device targeting, structural and ad optimisation; Reaching out to clients with information to improve their ads; Offering analysis and providing suggestions to enhance campaign effectiveness and results; Report writing and campaign success measurement.
This will be a very rewarding role but can also be demanding at times where there is pressure from our clients. It's all part of the game of Growth!

Key Skills (Required):



5 years of experience with Google and Meta Ads; Experience in advertising Healthcare products and services on Google and Meta; Ability to adhere to processes; Ambitious drive to learn; Ability to work remotely and as part of a team; Ability to work pro-actively as well as re-actively; Experience advertising prescription medications

Google Ads; Facebook Ads; Instagram Ads; Google Analytics; Microsoft (Bing) ads; Google Tag Manager.
