Face-to-Face Fundraiser - Kaizen Promotions

Location: Scotland (Travel Required)

Salary: National Living Wage + Uncapped Commission

Contract: Full-time

Kaizen Promotions is Scotland's fastest-growing face-to-face fundraising agency. We specialise in representing only Scottish-based brands that we are proud to stand behind. Our clients include the SSPCA, Scotland's leading animal welfare charity.

We are looking for confident, motivated, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team of professional fundraisers. Whether you are experienced in sales or customer service, or looking for a new challenge, we provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

About the Role

As a Face-to-Face Fundraiser, you will:

Represent leading Scottish charitable organisations in high-end supermarkets and busy shopping centres Engage with members of the public, inspire them to support our clients, and secure regular donor sign-ups via direct debit or RCP Travel to different locations across Scotland (no two locations in the same day) Attend team meetings and training sessions in Glasgow once a week Deliver excellent customer service while working towards individual and team targets Bi weekly travel opportunities for road trips

What We're Looking For

Willingness to travel daily to various locations across Scotland Ability to attend one weekly meeting in Glasgow city centre Previous sales or customer service experience preferred but not essential Fluent in English with strong communication skills A positive attitude, resilience, and the drive to achieve targets
