Role Overview

:

Customer Service, Technical Support & Sales Intern

(UK Market)

Responsibilities

1)Act as the first line of customer support (layer one calls and enquiries).
2)Handle basic technical and after-sales queries related to residential and C&I energy storage systems.
3)Provide professional responses to clients, installers, and distributors.
4)Escalate complex cases to senior engineers or managers when required.
5)Assist with customer documentation, CRM updates, and reporting.

Unique Opportunity

: Once well-versed with the products and role, you will also get the chance to upsell and convert enquiries into orders, earning attractive commission on successful deals.

Requirements

- Current student or recent graduate in Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
-A motivated, dynamic personality with the confidence to handle client-facing conversations.
Interest in renewable energy, energy storage, and sustainable technologies.
-Commercial mindset with eagerness to learn sales skills.
-Must be based in the UK or studying in the UK (eligible to work as an intern).
