We are looking for a

Paid Marketing Manager with strong hands-on experience in B2B marketing

to run both performance and awareness campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is confident in

LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads (Search & GDN, YouTube)

, with additional experience in programmatic platforms. You will take ownership of your vertical, execute campaigns independently, and contribute to the

strategic direction of product and regional marketing

through data-driven insights.



What You Will Be Doing:



Stay proactive in testing new channels and ad formats, ensuring the company remains innovative in its approach. Develop, execute and optimise digital campaigns hands-on across

LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, GDN & YouTube), and programmatic platforms

. Be the

owner of your vertical

(product line, region) - take full responsibility and contribute to the

strategic direction

by helping define go-to-market plans. Collaborate with

Product Marketing and Regional Marketing Managers

to align campaigns with product positioning and regional goals; Support new product launches and global marketing initiatives as part of cross-functional projects. Work with

Creative Teams

(copywriters, designers, brand) to improve messaging and to test creative concepts. Analyse campaign performance and extract insights to guide both

tactical optimisations

and

future marketing decisions

. Report regularly on KPIs for both

Performance

(Q. Leads, CPL, Pipeline) and

Brand/Product awareness

(Reach, Frequency, CPM, Brand Lift Studies).

About You:



3+ years of hands-on experience

in digital advertising across

LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads (Search & YouTube)

; experience with Bing Ads and programmatic platforms is an advantage. Proven ability to

set up and execute campaigns end-to-end

. Strong knowledge of

B2B targeting approaches, bidding strategies, ad auctions, audience segmentation

and testing/optimisation methods. Experience in

global B2B paid marketing

, with an understanding of regional specifics and trends (UK, EU, APAC, MENA), and of how paid marketing strategies and tactics support long-cycle demand generation. Analytical mindset with the ability to

translate campaign results into insights.

Self-starter who adapts quickly to new platforms and tools; comfortable experimenting with emerging ad channels. Strong communication skills to work cross-functionally and present campaign outcomes clearly to stakeholders.
