The Role


We are seeking a Paid Marketing Manager who

combines strategic thinking

with

hands-on execution

and a

strong creative instinct

. You will take ownership of high-performing campaigns across multiple platforms, from initial concept to delivery. This includes developing creative angles, briefing and collaborating with designers and content creators, writing copy, selecting visuals, and shaping the overall message.

The role is most suited to a self-starter who works independently, is proactive, and can consistently find new ways to strengthen the Mud Daddy brand through paid media.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute paid media strategies across Google, Meta, TikTok and other relevant channels with a focus on performance, return on investment and brand alignment Generate campaign ideas and creative concepts that cut through, resonate with audiences and reflect the brand's tone and positioning Create engaging ad content including copy, visuals and video assets, either directly or by briefing and guiding others Optimise campaigns through data analysis, testing and continuous iteration to improve performance and reduce cost per acquisition Identify new opportunities for growth, creative angles and emerging channels without waiting for instruction Take full ownership of paid marketing strategy, execution and outcomes while collaborating with internal teams and external partners Stay informed on platform updates, algorithm changes and industry trends to ensure campaigns remain competitive and innovative Contribute to content creation across paid and organic channels, supporting wider brand and marketing efforts

What We're Looking For



Proven experience running paid ad campaigns end to end, from strategy to optimisation Strong portfolio showcasing ad content, including copywriting, visuals and campaign concepts across platforms Confident in briefing and collaborating with creatives, while able to produce content independently Proactive self-starter, able to work autonomously, prioritise and take ownership Skilled at turning brand messaging into engaging, high-performing assets for different audiences and channels Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager and similar tools Excellent communicator and collaborator, ensuring creative aligns with wider marketing goals

Preferred Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related field Proven experience managing and optimising paid campaigns, ideally on Meta platforms Relevant advertising certifications preferred Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office for campaign analysis Familiar with GA4 and website analytics to guide optimisations Solid understanding of SEO and its integration with paid advertising
