RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Actively participate in client strategy ideation and implementation, collaborating closely with broader teams across single or multi-channel dynamics
Drive the creation and implementation of account development plans and strategies across the client portfolio to sustain and enhance client performance
Lead client performance management activities within the team, encompassing optimisation efforts, innovative strategies for client performance improvement, daily checks, and adherence to best practice processes
Take ownership of client budget management to ensure optimal budget pacing and prevent instances of over or underspending
Support Paid Media Executives in their training and development, focusing on technical channel skills and soft skills enhancement
Assist Paid Media Executives with data collation and analysis for client reporting purposes. Produce and communicate reporting summaries and executive summaries at a high standard
Perform comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, challenges, and successes, leveraging support from the Croudie network. Identify and resolve anomalies within large datasets with well-planned corrective actions
Deliver exceptional client service and communications across the client portfolio and within the broader business environment
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Degree-level education or equivalent relevant work experience
Demonstrated passion, experience, and knowledge of Paid Media platforms, including PPC and/or Paid Social
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, specifically Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Google Docs, and PowerPoint/Google Slides
Proven track record of consistently working to and meeting deadlines
Strong time management skills, experience in project management, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to think critically and creatively, with an impeccable attention to detail
Proactive approach to problem-solving and ways of working, with the confidence to challenge and innovate
Strong communication, organisation, and presentation skills
Enjoys and excels in a team environment, contributing positively to team dynamics
Analytical Skills; comfortable with mathematical concepts and proficient in handling large numerical datasets

Standard hours are from 9.00am to 5.30pm, there's flexibility if agreed in advance with your line managers (it may also be necessary on occasions to work outside of these hours).
