Paid Media Acquisition Executive
to join our growing Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital advertising and campaign management, with hands-on experience in executing and optimising paid media strategies across all platforms including Google Ads, Meta and TikTok. This role requires a data-driven thinker who can plan, launch, and manage performance-driven campaigns to acquire new customers and drive brand growth. The Digital Acquisition Executive will play a key role in driving our digital presence, increasing our online visibility, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
Role Purpose and Requirements
As the eCommerce channel of the business continues to grow, the Paid Media Acquisition Executive role is pivotal in:
1. Managing paid performance marketing across PPC and social media advertising - Meta, TikTok, Google Ads
2. Collaborating with and driving our agency partner in the successful implementation of media spend allocation to meet business objectives and reporting requirements
3. Briefing, aligning, and optimising campaign creative for media inventory with BPerfect's in-house design team
4. Identifying and analysing platform trends and opportunities to create agile test-and-learn initiatives for Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)

Key Responsibilities
Digital Acquisition via Paid Media
Manage agency partner in media spend and allocation
Proven experience as a Paid Media specialist with direct expertise across all social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads)
A test-and-learn mindset with a genuine interest in uncovering opportunities for campaign performance and growth
Ability to influence stakeholders and drive campaign success through clear communication and strategic thinking
Technical skills, e.g., keyword analysis, bid strategies, UTM tagging, etc.
Experience managing a significant media budget
Creative optimisation and campaign planning
Data Analysis & Reporting
Deliver weekly dashboards and performance insights to the wider Marketing team
Act as the subject matter expert for Paid Acquisition within the wider marketing team
Provide insights into online shopping habits, behaviours, and trends via paid sources
Collaborate across departments and agencies to maximise the synergy between paid and organic performance
Required Expertise, Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge
A proven track record in planning, managing, and executing engaging creative content across multiple paid social and PPC campaigns
Deep understanding of the digital customer journey: Acquire, Engage, Desire, Action
Hands-on experience working with paid ads tools, e.g., Google Suite, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Triple Whale
Strategic thinker: detail-oriented, organised, and deadline-savvy, with a strong focus on delivering results
Clear, confident, and effective communicator
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
