Paid Media & SEO Specialist

Location: Fully Remote (must attend our Kent office, Kent Every 3 Months) or Hybrid Role

Reports to: Digital Marketing Manager

Role Summary You'll be a hands-on digital expert, developing and executing impactful search strategies across paid and organic channels across the Elite Leisure Collection and Presence & Co. brands. Collaborating with the wider Digital Marketing team, as well as our Sales and Revenue teams, you'll play a crucial role in improving our online visibility, driving qualified traffic, increasing bookings, and ultimately converting leads into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities

SEO:

Develop and deliver comprehensive SEO strategies (technical, on-site, off-site, and local SEO) tailored to each brand.

Conduct regular audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Collaborate with content and development teams to ensure websites are fully optimised for search and user experience.

Optimise and maintain Google Business Profiles and other location-based listings.

Advise on content formats, topics, and on-page optimisation to improve organic visibility and user engagement.

Stay up to date with algorithm changes and industry trends, proactively communicating key insights to management.

Use tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Google Keyword Planner to track performance and inform strategy.

PPC & Paid Media:

Plan, implement, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant platforms.

Develop compelling ad copy and effective landing page experiences to increase conversions and lower cost-per-acquisition.

Build and manage remarketing campaigns to re-engage previous site visitors.

Leverage audience targeting and segmentation to deliver more personalised, results-driven campaigns.

Align paid activity with seasonal promotions, events, and wider marketing campaigns.

Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and bidding strategies to maximise ROI and meet KPIs.

Continuously test and refine ad creatives and performance elements (e.g. A/B testing).

Analytics & Reporting:

Monitor, analyse, and report on performance using GA4/other similar platforms and provide actionable recommendations for continual improvement.

Implement tracking tags and event tracking through GTM to ensure accurate campaign attribution.

Create clear, actionable reports for internal stakeholders and senior management.

Translate data into insight, making strategic recommendations based on performance and user behaviour.

Support technical setup of conversion tracking, website goals, and campaign tagging (including UTM structures).

About You

2+ years' experience in a dedicated SEO and PPC role, ideally across multiple brands or clients.

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog.

Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, with a proven track record of delivering measurable ROI.

Strong skills in keyword research, bid strategy, ad copywriting, and conversion-focused landing page development.

Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS platforms; HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.

Comfortable implementing and managing technical tracking across web properties.

A confident communicator with the ability to explain technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Organised, commercially aware, and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

A full UK driving licence is preferred, as occasional travel to our sister venues may be required.

Experience in a hospitality, leisure, or agency environment is desirable but not essential.
