About the Role

As our Paid Media Coordinator, you'll play a key role in managing the day-to-day optimisation, reporting, and budgeting of our paid search, paid social and affiliates accounts. You'll support the Head of Paid Media, and wider team, with strategy implementation and performance analysis, contributing directly to our ambitious growth goals.

Key Responsibilities



Support on the forecasting of budgets across multiple accounts and regions

Support the day-to-day performance of Google, Microsoft Ads, Paid Social and Affiliates campaigns, including optimisation, reporting, and budget control

Analyse performance data and make recommendations to inform the wider paid media strategy

Use external tools to support campaign performance, including feed management, bulk edits and reporting

Support a culture of continuous improvement through A/B testing and data-led experimentation

What You'll Need:



2+ years of hands-on experience working in paid search (Google & Microsoft Ads is essential)

Knowledge of Google Search, Shopping and Performance Max campaigns and ambition to deliver and implement high calibre best practices

Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and an understanding of tracking and conversion optimisation

Comfortable with managing budgets of 100k+ a month across multiple accounts and territories

Be forward-thinking, driven by the data, and with a test-and-learn approach

Confident in delivering insights and strategy recommendations based on results

French language skills desirable, but not essential to the role

Experience in paid social (Facebook) and affiliate marketing (Rakuten) is a bonus
