The role
Reporting to our
Paid Media Manager
, you'll help plan, launch and optimise paid social and search campaigns for a variety of brands. You'll get hands-on experience across multiple platforms, own day-to-day execution and develop the strategic thinking that will take your career to the next level.
Key responsibilities

Activate and optimise paid social
across Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok: build campaigns, refine audiences, brief creatives, and continually test new ideas.

Support paid search
on Google and Microsoft Ads: carry out keyword research, craft ad copy, manage bidding strategies and report on performance.
?
Analyse and report
: maintain reporting dashboards, pull weekly insights and contribute to client calls and presentations.
?
Collaborate
with SEO, creative and development teams to align messaging, improve landing-page CRO and deliver fully integrated campaigns.
?
Stay ahead of the curve
: monitor platform updates, document tests, share learnings in team huddles and suggest fresh tactics.
About you

Agency-seasoned
: 2-3 years planning, creating and managing paid media campaigns across social and search platforms.
?
Analytical & curious
: comfortable in spreadsheets, excited by performance data and A/B tests.
?
Clear communicator
: able to translate results into concise updates for clients and teammates.

Proactive problem-solver
: You spot issues early, suggest fixes and ask for help when needed.

Team contributor
: happy to pitch in on shared projects and give constructive feedback.

Case-study ready (bonus)
: examples of campaigns you've improved and why they worked.
Bonus skills
? Experience with Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok & other ad platforms.
? Familiarity with GA4 and other Google products.
? Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications.
? Non-standard platforms (Snap, Adroll, Realise).
