About the Role



We're looking for an experienced

Paid Media Buyer

with a minimum of

3 years' hands-on experience

managing campaigns across

Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads

. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of our paid acquisition strategy and help shape the future of our marketing engine.

You'll be responsible for driving high-quality leads, improving conversion performance, and increasing brand visibility across the UK. With large budgets, strong creative support, and a company in scaling mode, this is the perfect role for someone who wants to make a real commercial impact.

What You'll Be DoingCampaign Strategy & Execution



Plan, launch, and scale paid campaigns across

Meta, Google, and TikTok

. Develop channel-specific strategies tailored to the car leasing buyer journey. Build high-intent audiences, retargeting funnels, and lookalike strategies. Create testing frameworks for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.

Optimisation & Performance



Manage daily optimisation of budgets, bids, audiences, and creatives. Analyse campaign data to improve CPL, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality. Keep on top of platform trends, algorithm changes, and new features. Use insights to proactively recommend new campaign approaches.

Creative Collaboration



Work with our marketing and video teams to produce converting ad creatives. Brief in new ideas, hooks, scripts, angles, and concepts. Ensure creative direction aligns with brand and resonates with leasing customers.

Reporting & Data Insights



Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights. Track conversion journeys from click ? enquiry ? sale. Identify opportunities to improve landing page performance and customer flow.

What We're Looking For



3+ years of direct experience

running Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads campaigns. Demonstrable experience managing budgets and hitting performance metrics. Strong analytical mindset comfortable with dashboards, tracking, and attribution. Experience running multi-step funnels and retargeting campaigns. A creative thinker who understands what hooks and angles stop the scroll. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment. Experience in automotive or leasing is a bonus (but not essential).
