Paid Media Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Paid Media Executive to support the Performance Marketing Manager in delivering high-performing paid campaigns across Memento Exclusives and its partner brands, including F1 Authentics, MotoGP Authentics, and UFC Collectibles.

You will help plan, build, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and Microsoft Ads, driving measurable results across eCommerce (D2C), B2B, and Auction channels.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented marketer eager to deepen their paid media expertise in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment. You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure all campaigns are data-led, creative, and commercially focused.

Key Responsibilities



Support in the creation, execution, and optimisation of paid media campaigns across all major platforms

Assist with keyword research, ad copy creation, and A/B testing

Manage product feeds and catalogue campaigns across Google Merchant Centre and Meta Commerce Manager

Monitor campaign performance, track spend, and analyse KPIs

Prepare weekly and monthly reports on performance and ROI

Work with creative and eCommerce teams to ensure brand alignment

Support creative testing by managing ad copy variations, creative briefs, and performance reviews to identify top-performing content.

Keep up to date with the latest platform developments, AI-based advertising tools, and best practices to support continuous campaign improvement.

Required Skills and Experience



Minimum 2 years' experience in paid media or digital marketing (agency or in-house)

Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager

Strong understanding of PPC, paid social, and remarketing fundamentals

Familiarity with Google Analytics and campaign tracking tools

Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting and analysis

Excellent attention to detail and organisation

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Desirable Skills



Experience with LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or Microsoft Ads

Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, or Google Tag Manager

Basic understanding of CRO, SEO, or landing page optimisation

Experience using feed management tools (e.g. Channable)

Interest in sports, technology, and digital marketing innovation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
