Job Overview:

This role sits in our Cambridge office within our Demand Generation Activation team, reporting to the director of digital activation. We\'re a team of digital marketing experts who help bring Arm\'s marketing campaigns to life. We have channel expertise in media planning and buying, SEO, and data analytics. You\'ll be joining as a resident expert in paid media strategy and execution.

You will work closely with colleagues in digital automation, demand generation & campaigns, and sales enablement to create and implement media plans together with activation team colleagues.

Responsibilities:

Creating and implementing media plans for brand, developer, market-specific and account-based campaigns. We use multiple channels including PPC (Google, Bing, Quora), paid social (LinkedIn, Reddit, Meta), content syndication and media buying with both big household name publications and niche market-specific publications.

The role involves:

- Turning briefs from our campaign and sales enablement teams into strategic media plans that deliver against objectives.

- Building and running PPC and paid social campaigns

- Providing campaign managers and the creative team with best practices for creating engaging ads for our channels.

- Collaborating with teams across our marketing organization, including our data analysts and marketing automation teams on reporting and lead management.

- Building relationships and booking media with key publications for brand, developer, and each of our key lines of business, including IoT, automotive, client, infrastructure.

- Exploring and testing new channels and opportunities to help us reach our key audiences.

Required Skills and Experience:

We\'re looking for someone with at least 4 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in paid media roles including:

- Media strategy and planning

- Paid search and paid social execution and optimization across a range of paid channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and Reddit.

- Budget management

- Strong stakeholder communication and management skills

- Experience in a fast-paced environment where change is frequent and comes with ambiguity

\xe2\x80\x9cNice To Have\xe2\x80\x9d Skills and Experience:

- Buying and negotiating with media partners in the technology space

- B2B or agency experience with tech/semiconductor/software developer brands would be beneficial but not essential.

- Comfortable using reporting tools like PowerBI and Adobe Analytics
