This is a performance-focused role, responsible for driving enquiries, improving lead quality, and supporting sustainable growth. You will manage live advertising campaigns while also planning and executing organic content to strengthen brand trust and visibility.
Key Responsibilities Paid Media (Primary Focus)
Manage and optimise
Google Ads and Meta Ads
accounts
Generate enquiries for
unregulated bridging finance
Monitor and improve
cost per lead (CPL)
and lead quality
Keyword research, audience targeting, and retargeting
Manage budgets and pacing across platforms
Implement and maintain conversion tracking (forms and calls)
Oversee all digital marketing initiatives, including paid media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media, ensuring that efforts are integrated and aligned with growth targets.
Organic Marketing
Plan and manage
organic social media content
Schedule and publish posts across relevant platforms
Repurpose content into short-form video and educational posts
Support brand authority and engagement
Reporting & Optimisation
Monthly reporting on campaign performance and leads
Analyse results (Customer Acquisition cost and Lifetime value) and identify opportunities for improvement
Work closely with brokers to feedback on lead quality
Utilise analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush) to monitor and report on the performance of digital growth campaigns.
What We're Looking For
2+ years' experience in
digital marketing
Proven
hands-on experience
managing Google Ads and Meta Ads
Strong understanding of organic social media strategy
Analytical, performance-driven mindset
UK-based
Experience with Google Ads & Analytics and Adobe Creative Cloud
Ability to design creative content
Ability to self manage workload once trained and comfortable

Pay: 34,000.00-36,000.00 per year
