We're looking for a Paid Media Manager with a strong track record across Meta and Google Ads and a curiosity for exploring new self-serve channels like Pinterest and TikTok. What You'll Be Doing:







Developing, executing, and optimising paid media strategies across Meta, Google, and emerging self-serve channels like Pinterest and TikTok.



Exploring new media planning and buying opportunities, including digital out-of-home (DOOH) and other innovative networks.



Collaborating directly with the Head of Growth to implement strategies, test new ideas, and push the boundaries of paid media campaigns.



Presenting paid media results to clients with a focus on clear, compelling storytelling that ties back to business objectives and demonstrates real impact.



Creating detailed, data-driven reports and insights that highlight performance trends and key takeaways that resonate with clients.



Partnering with creative teams to ensure campaign strategies align with the brand's voice and business goals.



Sharing your expertise and fresh insights with the team to improve strategies and elevate campaign execution.



Managing paid media budgets ranging from 10k to 100k+ per month, tracking KPIs, and delivering tangible ROI.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience managing campaigns on Meta and Google Ads (Pinterest and TikTok experience is a plus). A passion for creative strategy, with the ability to make campaigns stand out and cut through the noise in competitive markets. Strong analytical skills - you can dive into the data, spot trends, and make recommendations that drive performance improvements. A proactive mindset - you bring fresh ideas, experiment with new strategies, and are not afraid to challenge the status quo. Self-starter attitude - you take ownership of your campaigns, lead them independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment. Excellent communication skills - you're able to clearly explain data, share campaign insights, and make complex information easy to digest for clients. A collaborative spirit - you enjoy working with a tight-knit, creative team and are excited to learn and teach along the way.
