The role offers a clear fast-track pathway to a senior leadership position within two years. You'll gain exposure to high-growth D2C brands while shaping strategic advertising across both established and emerging media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute multi-channel paid media strategies aligned with client business goals. Manage and optimise PPC and paid social campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels. Serve as the lead point of contact for up to 10 client accounts, delivering insights and strategic advice. Contribute thought leadership by presenting on emerging paid media trends internally and to clients. Support agency growth by managing internal paid media campaigns and nurturing platform partnerships.

Essential Experience:



3-5 years' experience in paid media, ideally within D2C e-commerce or hybrid retail environments. Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads. Demonstrated strategic thinking beyond channel execution, aligning campaigns with broader commercial objectives. Strong client-facing communication skills, with experience presenting insights and strategies. Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: 29,000 - 33,000
