A successful Paid Media Manager should have:

• Have 4-5+ years' experience managing Meta campaigns (TikTok experience strongly preferred)Have run performance-led, lead-generation campaigns at scale, ideally in regulated or high-volume environments
• Understand how to balance testing, learning velocity, and efficiency at different spend levels
• Are highly data-driven and comfortable turning noisy signals into clear decisions
• Take pride in clean, scalable account structures and disciplined workflows
• Communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders and can explain trade-offs confidently
