We are seeking a commercially minded and data-driven
Paid Media Manager
.
This person will own and take responsibility for developing, executing and optimising all paid digital media across the High Street Vouchers, Love2shop and Park Christmas Savings websites.
They will be responsible for all paid acquisition strategies which drive revenue, ROAS, traffic and conversions for all Love2shop products.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage the paid media strategy focusing on driving core KPIs (revenue, ROAS, traffic and conversion) across the High Street Vouchers, Love2shop and Park Christmas Savings websites.
Plan, execute and optimise high-converting paid media campaigns across:
+ Paid Search (Google & Microsoft)
+ Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube)
+ Shopping Ads (PMax, Display, DPA)
+ Remarketing and retargeting across multiple channels Monitor campaigns using SA360, GA4 and Power BI and identify opportunities to optimise performance and adjust bid strategy to deliver on agreed KPIs.
Conduct daily deep dives into paid media activity to highlight key drivers of performance and identify strategies to address areas of underperformance.
Use GA4 and other analytics dashboards to track campaign metrics, diagnose performance issues and recommend improvements.
Responsible for six-figure annual paid media budget, monthly pacing and overall bid strategy to ensure campaign spend aligns with strategy and delivers agreed ROI.
Provide monthly insights and strategic recommendations to Senior Leadership Team highlighting opportunities to scale profitably.
Continuously A/B test ad creatives, landing pages and audiences to improve conversion rates.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, revenue-driven environment.
Mentor and support junior team members to grow their capabilities.
Stay ahead of platform updates, digital trends, and emerging channels to bring innovation and best practice into campaigns.
Required Experience
5+ years
of hands-on management of paid media across search and social platforms with a proven track record driving eCommerce growth.
Deep experience with SA360, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Display, PMax, Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Proficient with campaign tracking tools and analytics platforms (GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Power BI, etc).
Certifications such as Google Ads exams, part of the Google Partners Scheme, are highly desirable.
Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data and translate into actionable insights and strategic decisions.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and business priorities simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills - ability to explain complex performance data simply to internal teams and Senior Management.
