The Paid Media team is a key part of our wider Digital Marketing function, focused on driving measurable results for our clients. We thrive on balancing data-driven insights with creative execution to build and optimise high-performing advertising accounts. Working closely with the Head of Performance Marketing, we are constantly exploring new platforms and strategies (like Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, Google, and Microsoft Ads) to push boundaries and achieve exceptional returns on investment. What you'll be doing





As our Paid Media Manager, you will be a key player in the digital marketing team, supporting all aspects of digital marketing from a paid media perspective. This is a role for a specialist who is eager to join a purpose-driven agency. You will report to the Head of Performance Marketing and be responsible for crafting, implementing, and optimising paid media strategies, primarily across Paid Social (Meta, Pinterest, & TikTok) and Paid Search (Google and Microsoft Ads).


Key ResponsibilitiesExecute all aspects of paid media--from strategy development and creative briefs to ad copywriting, performance advice, and ongoing optimization. Develop and lead paid advertising strategies that build strong client relationships and achieve stable, measurable results for key performance indicators (KPIs). Manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, ensuring effective prioritisation of tasks and time. Confidently report on forecasts and performance, translating complex data into clear, actionable findings for clients and stakeholders. Analyse and report on key campaign performance indicators, including CTR, CPC, ROAS, and LTV. Support new business growth by confidently contributing to pitch decks to help win new clients.


What experience you need to be successful





To thrive as a Paid Media Manager, you'll need a blend of analytical rigor, creative thinking, and proven client-facing experience.

Key skills and experience include:Proven Experience: Hands-on experience in delivering paid media campaigns , with a solid track record of implementing and measuring Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. Platform Proficiency: Expertise in managing advertising accounts across Paid Social (Meta, Pinterest, & TikTok) and Paid Search (Google and Microsoft Ads). Data & Tool Mastery: Proficiency in analysing and reporting paid media data using tools like GA4, Supermetrics, Funnel, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio. Technical Edge: Demonstrated experience in how new technology, such as AI Max, Smart+, and Adv+, has contributed to campaign success. Creative & Analytical Balance: Experience in both the creative and analytical aspects of paid media to support the wider team. Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify and explain advertising best practices to key stakeholders. You must be confident working directly with clients.
