Remote | Full-Time | Immediate Start | Fluent English Required
We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own and drive paid media strategy across search and social. If you're a hands-on, data-driven marketer who thrives on testing, optimising, and scaling campaigns--and you're excited to help build something new--this is the role for you.
Join a fast-growing team where your ideas, ownership, and initiative will directly shape performance outcomes. This is a high-impact, high-reward opportunity for someone who loves both strategy and execution.
Please note: this role requires fluent English (written and spoken).
What You'll Do
As our Performance Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of campaigns across paid search and social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Bing).
Lead paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
Monitor performance daily, resolve anomalies, and deliver optimisations in real time.
Run A/B tests across creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages to drive results.
Manage budgets efficiently, with accurate forecasting and pacing by channel.
Maintain a Test-and-Learn Roadmap to innovate on formats, messaging, and targeting.
Develop audience segmentation strategies using first-party, third-party, and platform-native data.
Prepare and deliver weekly reports, monthly review decks, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, CRM, web) to ensure alignment and integration.
Stay ahead of platform updates, trends, and tools that could unlock new growth opportunities.
What We're Looking For
You're a strategic thinker with strong executional muscle. You're hands-on, self-motivated, and confident owning campaigns end-to-end.
Requirements
3+ years experience in performance marketing across paid search and social.
Strong track record with platforms including Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn.
Excellent analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Looker, Excel, or similar.
Fluent in English (written and spoken) -- this is essential for daily communication and client interaction.
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
Strong communicator and collaborator with a test-and-learn mindset.
Why Join Us?
Be part of building a performance function from the ground up.
Join a small, ambitious, and collaborative team with room to grow.
Remote-first culture with flexible working.
Take ownership and make real strategic impact from day one.
A fast-paced, creative environment where results matter--and are rewarded.
