Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.
Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximise return on ad spend (ROAS) and achieve key performance targets.
Analyse performance data, create detailed reports, and deliver actionable recommendations for improvement.
Continuously test and refine campaigns through A/B testing, creative optimisation, and audience segmentation.
Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing ads that align with brand identity and audience insights.
Essential Experience:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a performance marketing or paid media role.
Proven track record of managing and optimising campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and drive performance improvements.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.
Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment, ideally with exposure to global markets.
