Paid Media Operations Manager

to join our Ad Sales & Paid Media team - Is this your next opportunity?


This is a fantastic opportunity to be in a lead technical role and perfect for those who are great at stakeholder management. The role is suited to an experienced social media ad trafficker, as you will be responsible for building out our paid media capabilities and delivering results for our top-tier clients.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME



Trafficking ad campaigns across all major social ad platforms, covering a range of goal types, ranging from awareness, consideration (engagement), to conversion. Delivering training to Graduate-level new starters or external ops resource; exposing them to all areas of the paid operations role in a contained environment, allowing them to learn whilst safeguarding the business & our clients. Holding technical relationships with our top-tier clients across YouTube, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and all other social platforms, ensuring their media experience is seamless and encourages repeat business. Providing our Media Planning Team with technical expertise and collateral to assist in providing the best client-first service with a particular focus on upselling existing partnerships. Proactively search to expand our agency capabilities across product, reporting and measurement. Keeping up to date with developments within the digital media landscape (LUMAscape), staying one step ahead of competitors by liaising with existing partners and forming new partnerships. Creating efficiencies in our product offering, spotting gaps in our current practices and implementing solutions to save both time and money. Stakeholder management, including the ability to work outside of the team to bring efficiencies to business processes, opening up new products and services within the Paid Media proposition. Expansion of Targeting Strategy, introduce new ways of trafficking our campaigns to increase ad relevancy, earned metrics & reducing cost per result.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED



Skills matter, experience is useful, attitude is everything.



Demonstrable experience in a similar Paid Social / Digital Advertising Operations role Expertise as a social products and platform specialist; able to suggest product strategies for any possible client KPI. A proven track record when it comes to problem-solving within the Paid Media space, including finding creative solutions where creative/budgets are limited. Collaborative work ethic to ensure process and procedure are adhered to across the team - re-educating where necessary. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets formulae. A strong attention to detail - you should be able to demonstrate a near-flawless record on campaign delivery in the last 6 months. Excellent verbal and written communication skills - including transparency around issues and holding yourself accountable for mistakes to stakeholders.
