As Uprated continues to expand, we are looking to welcome a Paid Media Specialist to join our talented team and work with our growing list of clients, many of which are household names. Collaborating with the wider digital marketing team, you'll implement, manage and measure Digital Marketing campaigns (including Paid Search and Paid Social), targeting users with timely and effective advertising. You'll focus on working to client briefs to design campaigns, audiences and writing engaging ad copy to hit strategic objectives.
You'll have a strong knowledge of Digital Marketing and Paid Media, with a passion for all things digital and be keen to further develop your knowledge and skills. This role is perfect for digital marketers looking to hone their skills and become an expert in our industry.
This role will include client-facing elements, you will be joining client meetings with senior team members and communicating with clients via email.
Reporting to the Paid Team Lead, this is a fast-paced environment that is both demanding and fulfilling.

Duties
Create and deliver outstanding Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns that provide exceptional results for our clients, using data-driven decisions to optimise performance and ensure KPIs are being met
Take responsibility for delivering outstanding account management across client campaigns and projects
Work with the Paid Team Lead to design campaign strategies to unlock sustainable, scalable client growth
Create compelling brand and generic search, shopping and display campaigns across Paid Search & Paid Social Platforms
Work alongside the Paid team to drive growth and performance enhancements across client accounts, delivering against forecasts
Create and manage client reports, analysing data for trends and opportunities and implementing recommendations based on your analysis
Support with the development of presentations, proposals, briefs and pitches outlining opportunities with new and existing clients
Monitor changes in the marketplace to ensure a strong understanding of industry news, trends and best practices across PPC, paid social and other biddable platforms
Proactively testing, learning and implementing as a standard practice
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience working within Paid Search (Google Ads & Microsoft Ads) for a range of clients, ideally with Google Ads Certifications.
At least 3 years of experience working within Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) for a range of clients.
Strong digital marketing knowledge with a proven track record of account optimisation and performance delivery via effective campaigns
Good experience in client communications and client management
Strong understanding of GA4, with the ability to use this tool in tandem with PPC, SEO & Paid Social activity
Experience in report creation and delivery with platforms such as Looker Studio
Ideally, experience of account configuration, tracking and tagging within
Google Analytics, Tag Manager and the Facebook Pixel/ CAPI
Strong communication, literacy and organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise
Experience with agency project management processes, software and tools
Confidence working with Excel/Google Sheets
An eagle eye for detail to consistently ensure high-quality output
Passion for all things digital and harbouring a real interest in paid media platform changes and news, keeping up to date with industry trends.
