Role Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a conscientious and detail-orientated marketeer.Supporting the Digital Marketing Manager with the execution, delivery, and optimisation of the digital media strategy across Paid Social, Display, and Affiliate channels for Apex Hotels and its sub-brands. You will support core business functions, including rooms, food beverage, meetings events, and spa. Working on a hybrid model with two days a week based in our Edinburgh Head Office.
Main Responsibilities:
To support the Digital Marketing Manager with the execution, delivery, and optimisation of the digital media strategy across Paid Social, Display, and Video channels for Apex Hotels and its sub-brands. The primary focus is to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion through effective full-funnel campaigns.
Manage and optimise Paid Social, Display, and Video campaigns end to end.
Build data-driven audience strategies across platforms (Meta, YouTube, programmatic).
Deliver creative briefs and liaise with internal and external partners to develop assets.
Monitor performance daily, testing and refining audiences, formats, and placements.
Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to align activity with PPC, CRM, and SEO.
Collaborate with account managers to optimise campaign performance, identify new opportunities, and stay informed on emerging industry trends and best practices.
Provide regular reports with actionable insights to improve ROAS and conversion.
Support key brand and commercial initiatives including rooms, FB, spa, and ME.
Maintain accurate campaign tracking, budgets, and platform integrations.
About you:

At least two years' experience managing Paid Social and Display campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and understanding of campaign optimisation metrics.
Google Ads, Meta, and/or YouTube certification.
Skilled in GA4, Ads Manager, and campaign management tools.
Creative and commercially minded with attention to detail.
