We're looking for a paid media specialist who understands one fundamental truth:
CREATIVE IS THE CAMPAIGN
. Not an afterthought, not a nice-to-have - the actual driving force behind every conversion, every click, every customer we acquire.
You'll be the driving force behind planning, booking, launching, testing, iterating, and optimising campaigns at speed. Think rapid-fire video content, scroll-stopping ad variations, and data-driven creative adjustments that move conversion rates. You love the thrill of testing 10 variants, killing 8, doubling down on 2, and watching the numbers climb. You won't be required to do the actual design work (although great ideas always welcome!) but you'll be able to feed quality data to our internal design team to help drive creative optimisation.
And performance? You get it. CTR, CPA, ROAS, creative fatigue curves - you know exactly which creative choices impact which metrics.
Pretty campaigns are nice, but campaigns that convert are everything.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll be the driving force behind our paid media campaigns across multiple channels. You'll combine cutting-edge creative development with ruthless performance optimisation to deliver exceptional ROI. No waiting around for design teams or lengthy approval chains - you'll move fast, test faster, and scale what works.

Right now, you might be in a performance marketing role, or perhaps growth marketing. The title doesn't matter, we're looking for someone who understands how to target customers strategically to shape how we communicate TallyMoney's revolutionary value proposition through exceptional campaign execution and data-driven optimisation.
Key Responsibilities: Creative Development & Innovation
In partnership with our creative and design team, develop high-performing campaign creative assets across all digital (and occasionally some non digital) channels using AI generative tools and traditional design methods
Create compelling ad creative, social assets, and performance-focused campaign materials that drive conversion
Collaborate with Creative Director on brand alignment whilst focusing on high-tempo, performance-driven creative optimisation
Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, etc.) to rapidly iterate and test creative concepts at pace
Build and maintain creative asset libraries and templates for efficient campaign deployment and quick iterations
Stay ahead of creative trends and platform best practices to maintain competitive advantage
Develop creative testing frameworks to continuously improve performance through rapid iteration cycles
Campaign Execution & Management
Execute comprehensive paid media marketing campaigns across paid social, search, display, other traditional (real world) and emerging platforms
Plan, build, launch, and manage campaigns from briefing through to performance analysis
Implement sophisticated A/B testing protocols for creative elements, audiences, and campaign structures
Manage day-to-day campaign optimisation including bid adjustments, audience refinements, and creative rotations
Coordinate campaign timelines, asset creation, and platform setup to ensure seamless execution
Execute affiliate campaign creative and landing page requirements
Performance Optimisation & Analytics
Monitor campaign performance metrics daily and make data-driven optimisation decisions
Analyse creative performance across channels to identify winning concepts and scale successful elements
Conduct deep-dive performance analysis to understand creative impact on conversion metrics
Implement rapid testing cycles to improve key performance indicators (CPA, CVR, ROAS, Payback Period)
Create performance reports focused on creative effectiveness and campaign optimisation insights
Use attribution data to understand creative impact across the customer journey
Platform & Technical Management
Collaborate with Creative Director & the Product Marketing Manager on landing page and app store optimisation whilst focusing on performance elements and conversion testing
Set up tracking, attribution, and conversion measurement across all campaign channels
Manage campaign setup across multiple advertising platforms with attention to technical accuracy and industry best practice
Coordinate with product marketing team on tracking implementation and data accuracy
Collaborate with the Product Marketing Manager in executing ASO creative assets and optimise app store conversion elements in collaboration
Implement and maintain marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Head of Marketing to execute strategic campaign initiatives
Collaborate with Creative Director on brand consistency whilst maintaining focus on performance-driven creative execution
Manage the creative output required from the in house design resource (with Creative Director oversight)
Coordinate creative handovers with Creative Director for larger static design projects (landing pages, website, print materials)
Partner with Owned Media on campaign messaging and positioning development
Coordinate with compliance team on creative approval and regulatory requirements
Support affiliate partners with creative assets and campaign requirements
Required Experience & Skills:
3+ years of mobile app-focused digital marketing experience with strong focus on campaign creative development and execution
Proven expertise with AI generative tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Stable Diffusion, or similar) for performance creative development
Experience with AppsFlyer or similar MMP and Hubspot
Strong creative skills with ability to develop high-converting ad creative, social assets, and campaign materials at pace
Experience with creative testing methodologies and performance optimisation through rapid iteration
Hands-on campaign management experience across multiple advertising platforms
Strong analytical skills with experience in performance marketing metrics and optimisation
Experience with mobile app marketing, attribution platforms, and app store optimisation
Knowledge of conversion rate optimisation and performance-driven creative development
Understanding of marketing automation and lead nurturing workflows
Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Apple Search Ads, Google Ads and eager to test emerging advertising platforms
Desirable Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in fintech, financial services
Experience in off line / traditional media planning and buying a bonus
Advanced skills in AI-powered creative development and automation
Experience with video creative development and motion graphics
Knowledge of programmatic advertising and advanced targeting capabilities
Understanding of growth marketing principles and rapid experimentation methodologies
Familiarity with compliance requirements in financial services marketing
Understanding of Firebase setup and analytics integration
Experience with cohort-based marketing and audience segmentation
Interest in cryptocurrency, alternative currencies, or gold markets
