Key Responsibilities:
Lead and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta for premium eCommerce clients.
Deliver in-depth performance reporting with actionable insights for both clients and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate on email marketing, analytics and broader digital strategy initiatives.
Contribute to service innovation and team growth as the agency scales.
Work closely with leadership to refine campaign strategies and drive measurable results.
Essential Experience:
2-3 years' hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns.
At least 2 years working within an eCommerce environment.
Demonstrable success in campaign optimisation and improving paid media performance.
Ability to develop structured performance reports and communicate insights effectively.
Confidence working independently within a small, fast-paced team.
Salary: 30,000 - 32,000
