Role Overview



We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist who is confident, analytical, creative, and highly organised. This person will support our growing Paid Media department across TikTok, Meta, Google/YouTube, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels, with a strong emphasis on influencer-driven media buying.

You will manage day-to-day campaign delivery, reporting, optimisation, data interpretation, pacing, and communication with clients and internal teams. You will also work closely with influencer, creative, and tracking teams to ensure seamless integration of creator assets into paid media.

This role suits someone who has worked in a fast-moving, multi-client environment, is comfortable working early mornings and late evenings across global time zones, and thrives in a culture that values initiative, creative problem-solving, and continuous learning.

Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Media Execution & Optimisation



Build, manage, and optimise campaigns across

TikTok Ads Manager

and

Meta Ads Manager

(awareness, traffic, funnel, Spark Ads, partnership ads). Manage budgets ranging from

$10K to $150K+ per month

across multiple accounts. Maintain pacing accuracy, benchmark performance, and proactively adjust campaigns to hit KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, GMV, impressions). Integrate influencer assets into paid media, including Spark Codes, whitelisting permissions, and creator content sequencing. Run awareness bursts tied to influencer posting and seasonal flighting (e.g., Q4, BFCM, product launches). Build tracking UTMs, ensure pixel events are working, and coordinate with teams on tracking setup (GA4, MMPs, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Portal links, Amazon Attribution).

Analysis, Reporting & Insights



Produce

accurate, insight-led weekly and monthly reports

that go beyond data dumping. Write clean, client-ready summaries with clear conclusions and next steps. Translate complex performance trends into simple narratives for clients. Pull key performance tags from creatives (hooks, retention patterns, message structure). Build dashboards in Looker Studio and Google Sheets (basic data engineering + strong visualisation logic).

Client Communication & Ownership



Join client calls confidently with strong speaking skills. Communicate pacing, issues, risks, and recommendations proactively. Lead clients on best practices, creative strategy, and performance decisions. Manage 10-20 clients concurrently without dropping detail or pace. Own accounts fully; not waiting for instructions but identifying problems before they escalate.

Cross-Team Collaboration



Work closely with Creator/Organic teams for Spark Ads, whitelisting, and creative sourcing. Collaborate with strategy, data, and design teams on attribution, tracking, and creative direction. Coordinate with US, Europe, and Asia-based clients, adjusting hours where needed.

Skills & Requirements



Core Paid Media Skills



Strong hands-on experience with

TikTok Ads

and

Meta Ads

, including ad building, optimisation, and reporting. Understanding of influencer + paid media interplay. Familiarity with TikTok Shop, GMV metrics, and creator-driven performance is a plus. Experience using and interpreting: Pixels, MMPs, GA4 UTM frameworks Shopify integrations Amazon Attribution

Analytical & Reporting Skills



Proven experience writing performance reports with actionable insights. Ability to interpret data and propose optimisations confidently. Comfortable building dashboards and visualising data (Sheets, Looker Studio).

Creative & Strategic Thinking



Strong copywriting for ads and testing frameworks. Creative thinker in structuring ad variations, hooks, problem-solution flows. Ability to analyse creators and UGC to identify winning patterns.

Soft Skills & Behaviours



Highly organised and efficient - always finding ways to streamline work. Excellent time management and able to juggle multiple priorities without stress. Confident communicator, not shy about speaking up or sharing ideas. Optimistic, solution-oriented, not rattled easily. Strong collaborator but also highly self-sufficient. Comfortable asking questions but equally comfortable figuring out solutions independently. Views failures as opportunities for learning and iteration.

Experience & Background



Proven experience managing paid media campaigns at scale (not entry-level). Experience working in fast-moving environments or start-ups preferred. Exposure to a variety of sectors (automotive, finance, beauty, tech, CPG, restricted categories). Familiarity with AI tools or eagerness to learn. Bonus: creative background (graphic design, photography, video editing). Fluent English required; Spanish or Italian are strong bonuses.

Technical Requirements



Strong internet connection. Working webcam and microphone (camera-on culture).
