OUR DIGITAL ACTIVATION TEAM:
All brands under HMN are serviced by a centralised digital activation function - a scaled team of 250+ experts spanning Paid Performance (PPC), SEO, affiliates, social, programmatic and commerce in the UK. This new Platformer role sits within the PPC specialism and will be dedicated to working on clients under the Havas Media brand.
THE ROLE:
The Paid Performance Executive should have these skills:Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Interest in, and understanding of, digital media.
Good numeracy skills and comfortable working in spreadsheets.
Analytical and able to identify trends and insights in data
Excellent time-management skills and the ability to prioritise workload.
Ability to work under pressure and fastidious attention to detail.
A strong written and verbal communicator.
A high energy, positive, can-do person who is always looking for ways to improve what we do.
A hunger to learn.
During the 6 month programme, you will have the opportunity to:Work with some of the most recognisable brands in the world - from household names in education, automotive, entertainment and possibly even retail. PPC is a critical channel for these clients, so there are scaled budgets you will be helping to manage to effectively deliver against ambitious growth targets.
Support with analysis, campaign implementation, optimisation, delivery, and evaluation of campaign activity.
Along with your line manager and other executives in the team, you will be jointly responsible for the effective running of campaigns. This role is pivotal in providing the insight and data needed to drive performance improvements for these clients.
Create and manage campaigns to effectively deliver client objectives and targets - with oversight and QA.
Work on ad creation, development, testing and optimisation.
Optimise campaigns across multiple formats, including Search, pMax, Demand Gen and possibly even YouTube.
Deliver against Havas x Google best practice on your clients, specifically, improving the quality of campaign delivery, innovation, and automation.
Manage daily spend through manual, automated and machine learning led bid optimisation, in line with targets and monthly budgets.
Use search and bid management tools to manage and optimise campaigns.
Implement tracking requirements across paid performance campaigns.
Support with reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Monitor and analyse competitor activity through competitor monitoring technology and partner communication to provide rich insights and trends to clients.
Nurture and grow strong relationships with relevant day to day client stakeholders.
Be trained on the latest changes in the paid landscape to ensure your knowledge is cutting edge.

We work in a hybrid working model - in office and remotely
Office Location: 3 Pancras Square, London N1C 4AG
This is a 'hybrid' role, which means that candidates will be required to work some of time in the office and some time working from home. The exact split of time across the office and home will be dependent on each team and the requirements of the work tasks on any given week. However, Platformers should expect to be in the office up to 100% of the time, if required.
