Job description

Join The Cotswold Company as our Paid Social and Affiliates Executive and play a pivotal role in shaping, implementing, and optimising campaigns across Meta and TikTok.



In this exciting position, you will be responsible for launching and refining campaigns across various formats, including awareness campaigns, Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns (ASC), catalogue/dynamic product ads, and Dynamic Showcase Ads. You will also collaborate closely with our affiliate platform partner to enhance our marketing efforts, ensuring the highest engagement and performance.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Build, manage, and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok, ensuring they meet performance targets. Utilise formats such as Meta ASC, catalogue/dynamic product ads, and awareness campaigns to drive engagement across both platforms. Manage budgets effectively to achieve CPA and ROI targets, with the ability to adjust spend dynamically based on performance data. Conduct continuous testing of creative formats, audience segments, and messaging to ensure the best results. Report on campaign performance with actionable insights, employing tools like GA4 and in-platform dashboards.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

Essential:

2-years+ hands-on experience with paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok Experience managing campaigns with spends of over 100k a month Strong analytical skills and confident with excel and GA4

Whilst not essential, it would be great if you had:

Experience working in a high-volume e-commerce or DTC environment Experience with affiliate marketing
