Head of Paid Social

Core Responsibility:

Drive qualified lead volume and profitable pipeline for our clients via Meta Ads, with clear attribution from lead ? quote ? sale.

KPI:

Qualified Leads, CPL/CPQL, Pipeline Value Attribution, Client Retention and Cross-Service Upsells

Experience Level:

Junior (2+ year)

25,000 - 30,000 (DOE)

The Opportunity:



We're a young, scaling performance outfit, and we're hiring a Junior Meta Manager to help build the engine as we floor it. You'll support end-to-end Meta Ads - account setup, audiences, creatives, pacing, and reporting - designing and optimising campaigns that create qualified pipeline and real revenue (tracked from quote to sale, not just clicks). Expect clear hypotheses, disciplined testing, tight account structure, sharp creative iteration, and conversion tracking that stands up to scrutiny.

Because we're early, your fingerprints will be everywhere. You'll help shape playbooks, refine processes, influence tooling, and surface growth levers across a varied client roster. You'll set targets with your lead, forecast impact, report what matters, and build trust by tying spend to outcomes. What You'll Own



Campaign Excellence & Growth:



Build and optimise

Meta campaigns across Lead, Conversion and Sales objectives.

Monitor budgets, pacing, and funnel health daily; act fast on signal

Run structured A/B tests

(audiences, hooks, formats, offers) to lift CVR and lower CPL.

Turn data into decisions with clear, insight-rich reporting.


Client Partnership & Success:



Support 6-8 client accounts

alongside a Senior/Lead, translating goals into winning paid social plans.

Deliver concise updates:

what happened, why it happened, what we're doing next.

Build relationships on transparency, proactive communication, and consistent results.

Identify and present upsell opportunities across Search, Email, and Creative services.


Strategic Innovation & Collaboration:



Work closely with senior team members to align on strategy and solve complex challenges. Share learnings with the wider team; contribute to playbooks, QA and workflow improvements. Stay ahead of Meta features and policy changes; apply what matters, ignore what doesn't. Contribute to operational excellence initiatives as we scale.

What You Bring



Essential Experience:



~2+ year hands-on Meta Ads (agency or in-house) OR strong analytical marketing background with demonstrable results. Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns while maintaining performance standards.Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and performance optimisation. Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and build trust with stakeholders. Self-motivated with excellent time management and prioritisation skills. Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Technical Expertise:



Solid understanding of Meta Ads Manager (campaign structure, audiences, placements, creative formats). Knowledge of lead-gen best practices and conversion optimisation fundamentals.
