Our experts help brands grow by delivering customer-centric performance marketing services including: Performance Strategy, SEO, CRO, Programmatic, Paid Search, Social, Affiliates, eCRM, eCommerce, Performance Content and Data & Analytics.

Position Summary

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your accounts as well as acting as a Paid Social expert to both clients and internal planning teams. As the primary contact for campaign running, you should be able to effectively communicate information relating to your core responsibilities. These include the end-to-end planning, development, implementation and optimisation of campaigns. You will also be responsible for the management and development of the Analysts and Executives on your team, overseeing the quality of their work, career development and training needs.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationships

  • Leading regular check-ins and ensuring deliverables are completed in an accurate and timely manner
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Share knowledge, new platforms and industry developments
Leadership & Management
  • Provide effective support to the Paid Social Account director in maintaining standards, improving processes and streamlining delivery across the team
  • Maintain a high quality of work that adheres to best practice and meets client expectations
  • Ensure all finance, PO\'s and budgets for all clients follow due process in the team
  • Co-ordinate and delegate work amongst your team to ensure tasks are allocated effectively depending on skills and resource
  • Manage your direct reports, including their development and training needs
  • Service Delivery
  • Lead the delivery of campaign work for your team
  • Be at the forefront of Paid Social by keeping up to date with industry news, new platforms and technologies
  • Contribute to required key client communications and deliverables eg. QBRs, campaign reviews and meetings
Innovation & Initiative
  • Suggest ways to better optimise campaigns and media spend through new channels, products and platform innovations
  • Be a trusted, knowledgeable source of information and developments in Paid Social and marketing
  • Help contribute to new business pitches and the development of our paid proposition and approach where necessary
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Ideally, experience working agency or media owner side at some point in your career
  • Experience managing Paid Social campaigns across multiple accounts and platforms
  • Experience of managing an executive is desirable
  • Managed large budgets and delivering high performance for big brands is desirable
  • Be a trusted, knowledgeable source of information and developments in Paid Social marketing
  • Communicate effectively at all levels, both up and down
  • Strong stakeholder management skills: understanding client needs, maintaining relationships, building partnerships
  • Take responsibility for accounts, tasks, projects and people
  • Able to work in high pressure environment and resolve client issues
  • Competent and keen presenter with strong Powerpoint skills
  • Strong Excel skills
  • \'Hands-on\' approach to operations: Plans, assigns and directs work, time, material, people
  • Strong attention to detail
