We're looking for a Paid Social Manager (or Senior Paid Social Manager) who's as comfortable in Ads Manager as they are in a client meeting. Someone who knows what makes audiences tick -- and how to turn that insight into scroll-stopping campaigns.

You'll take the reins on paid social strategy, delivery and optimisation across Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok - helping evolve how paid social runs in the agency. Expect plenty of variety: managing campaigns end-to-end, spotting opportunities for innovation, and bringing fresh thinking to every brief.
You'll sit within a smart, collaborative digital team, working closely with specialists across paid search, SEO, strategy, influencer and organic social to deliver joined-up work that actually moves the needle.
What you'll do
?? Plan, build and optimise campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok -- from concept to results.
?? Manage day-to-day performance and budgets, keeping things efficient and on target.
?? Lead paid social strategy and testing -- bringing new formats, tools and ideas to the table.
?? Collaborate across influencer, organic social and wider media teams for truly integrated delivery.
?? Present results, insights and recommendations with confidence and clarity.
?? Work with creatives to brief, shape and review assets that hit the mark on platform and audience.
?? Contribute to cross-channel planning, supporting SEO, paid search and PR activity.
?? Keep campaign docs, budgets and timelines tight and tidy -- no loose ends here.
?? Stay curious -- test, learn, and share the latest platform developments with clients and the team.
?? Support pitches, contribute to new business thinking, and feed into agency marketing.
?? Mentor junior team members, helping them grow their craft and confidence.
What you'll bring
? At least 4-6 years' hands-on experience in paid social, ideally agency-side.
? Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager (including pixel setup and events).
? Confident managing campaigns end-to-end -- from testing to tracking to reporting.
? Analytical mindset -- able to turn numbers into meaningful insight.
?? Strong communicator and presenter -- you'll build trust fast with clients and teammates alike.
? Organised, proactive and commercially minded -- always spotting opportunities to improve performance.
? Up for trying new things -- from creative formats to new platform tools.
? Degree in marketing, advertising or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
