About the role



As Paid Social Manager, you will execute our paid strategies across Meta, Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms. Youll be responsible for managing a significant annual budget and ensuring that campaigns are not only high-performing but fully compliant with advertising regulations in the pharmaceutical space. In addition to paid ads, you will be responsible for scaling, measuring and optimizing our influencer activity promoting our clinical services like weight loss.



Youll work closely with our PPC, CRM, SEO, content, ecommerce, and regulatory teams to ensure seamless campaign alignment and compliance. This is a key hire for us as we double down on scalable, profitable customer acquisition in the weight loss and wider pharmacy space.

Key Responsibilities




Create, manage and optimize a paid social strategy targeting all areas of the purchasing funnel from product focused retargeting campaigns to broader awareness activity.



Create and test compelling ad creatives, copy, and formats, in collaboration with the creative team, to continuously improve ad performance.



Working with influencers to create content for our website and socials and utilizing their reach/audiences to introduce the Chemist4U brand and services.



Conduct detailed audience research and segmentation, leveraging platform tools and first-party data to build highly targeted and effective campaigns.


Ensure all campaign activity adheres to MHRA, ASA, and Google policy guidelines around pharmaceutical advertising.



Conduct regular A/B testing on ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing pages.



Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.



Collaborate with the content, SEO, design, and compliance teams to align paid activity with broader marketing and brand goals.



Lead on the development of paid media campaign testing frameworks to drive constant optimization.



Stay on top of industry trends, ad platform updates, and changes to healthcare advertising policy.



About You





Experience in recruitment, ideally in-house or as part of a corporate HR team.

Strong understanding of recruitment practices, employment law, and HR policies.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates.

Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.



Qualifications & Experience





Minimum 4 years of Paid Social experience, with proven results in driving ROI across search platforms.



Track record of using influencers to not just drive traffic and awareness but also sales.



Experience of selling physical products for an online only Ecommerce business



Proficiency with audience building, lookalike audiences, and custom audience strategies, leveraging CRM or pixel data.



Highly analytical with a commercial mindset and strong understanding of key paid metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV, etc.).



Strong understanding of attribution modeling and proving the effectiveness of Paid Social campaigns on revenue / new customers



Excellent project and time management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.



Comfortable working in a regulated, compliance-focused environment.



Excellent attention to detail and a test-and-learn mindset.



Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex data in clear, actionable terms.



Experience with conversion tracking implementation, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4).



Meta Blueprint and/or other platform certifications (preferred).



At least 1 years experience in a pharmaceutical, healthtech, or regulated healthcare environment (preferred)
