We're PAWS Therapy & Assistance Dog Training, a passionate, dog-mad super team bringing life-changing Therapy & Assistance Dog training programmes to schools, therapists and families across the UK.

Now, we're looking for a Paid Traffic Specialist to help us expand our reach, deepen our impact, and ultimately change lives, one tail wag at a time.

About the Role



As our in-house Paid Traffic Specialist, you'll be the engine behind our growth marketing strategy.

Your mission: to design, implement, and scale high-performing paid media campaigns that bring schools into our world and fuel our mission.

You will:



Develop, manage, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, Linkedin, TikTok and other relevant platforms Test and refine ad creatives, copy, and audiences to maximise ROI Own campaign reporting, analysing performance data, and making clear recommendations Collaborate with our sales and marketing team to ensure a seamless journey from click to conversion Keep ahead of trends and platform updates to keep our campaigns sharp and competitive Play a crucial role in helping more schools, practitioners and families discover the transformative power of Therapy & Assistance Dogs

What We're Looking For



You are:

Ambitious, analytical, and data-driven - you love seeing results and scaling what works Creative as well as strategic - you know how to craft campaigns that connect as well as convert Obsessed with optimisation - no detail is too small when chasing a lower CPL or higher ROAS Organised and proactive, managing multiple campaigns and budgets with precision A strong communicator who thrives in collaboration but is confident working independently

In terms of experience, you'll have:



A proven track record running successful paid traffic campaigns (agency or in-house) Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (other platforms a plus) Solid understanding of landing page optimisation and the full conversion funnel Strong reporting and analytical skills (Google Analytics / GA4) Bonus points for experience in education, social impact, or pet-related industries
