We are seeking a skilled Paint Mixer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for blending various materials and ensuring that the mixing process meets quality standards. This role requires a strong attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently in a warehouse environment. The Mixer will play a crucial part in the production process, contributing to the overall success of our operations.
Responsibilities
Operate mixing equipment and machinery to blend materials according to specifications.
Ensure that all ingredients are accurately measured and mixed using basic maths skills.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the mixing area and equipment.
Perform routine maintenance on mixing equipment and report any mechanical issues.
Use hand tools and power tools for assembly and fabrication tasks as needed.
Assist with welding and painting tasks when required, demonstrating versatility in skills.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
Experience
Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.
Previous experience using paint mixing machine such as a Corob D600
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment is essential.
Familiarity with basic maths for accurate measurements during the mixing process.
Experience in fabricating or assembling components is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
